Cinco De Derby Event:

When: May 5^th 4pm-6:30pm

Where: BistroPlex Lounge

Who: Anyone

What:

            -Guest get purchases a ticket to Event at Box Office or Online

            -with a ticket guest gets: 

                        -unlimited buffet

                        -1- 16oz signature drink (soda for under 21)

                        -$100(10x$10 bills) fake dollars to bet on races

                        -entry into best derby hat contest (optional)

How: 

-Food: (Manned Buffet)

                        -Taco station (chicken or beef)

                        -Nacho Bar

                        -Churros

                        -Betting:

                        -Guests can use fake dollars to fake bet on races

-guest goes to bartender tells them they’d like to bet on a race, the bartender takes their fake money and gives them a card with the race#, horse# and amount of bet on the card

-Will have 10 old obscure races playing on big screen prior to main event

-at the end of the 10 races, the guest who has won the most money, will receive a “BistroPlex Experience” as their prize (2 movie passes and $60 in food vouchers)

-Will stop betting by 5:15 to tune into pre-race programming

          -Best Hat Contest:

-Guests that wear the best Derby hat will win a “BistroPlex Experience” as their prize
